Our cosy double en-suite room is at the front of the house and so easy to get to. Park just outside on our shingle drive. If you fancy some time by the sea with all the bars and restaurants that Deal has to offer, you're here for a golfing break at one of the many local golf courses or here to visit the local historical sites of Dover, Deal, Sandwich and beyond, this is the perfect spot for you!

We are in a residential area, so please keep to our quiet hours of 11pm to 7am
The space
Looking for an overnight stay or a break in Deal. Bars, restaurants and the beach are a 20mins walk away.
Great if you’re playing at one of more of the local golf clubs including Cinque Ports which is a short cab ride away.
Newly refurbished double room with en-suite bathroom. 70Mb Wi-Fi. Tea and coffee and your own parking space on the shingle drive.
Accessed via our front door but without having to go through any other part of the house, the entrance to the guest room is completely private while you stay with us. Only you will come and go via this route during your stay.
We live in the same building so we are available if you have any issues, and since we are in a residential area, we ask that you are respectful of our neighbours.
We have a ring doorbell and CCTV camera at the front of the property overlooking the drive.
There is an Electric Vehicle charge point. We offer free charging during daylight hours.

There's plenty to do in the area, we have list of Vegan friendly restaurants and pubs you can visit. There's castles, a windmill, lighthouse and of course the beach front and the famous White Cliffs.
