No smoking on property
No shoes inside the home

Quiet after 11pm please
No eating or drinking in the bedrooms please.
Do not leave any food unattended outside.
Dispose of bagged trash in the orange trash can at the end of the driveway.

Make sure to turn off the lights, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the door.

Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. Damages exceeding the security deposit amount must be paid by guests and will be reported.

We are on tested and safe well water, but provide a Brita filer system and a few gallons of bottled water in the fridge for those who may not want to enjoy the full experience of well water.

The highlight here is the 19 waterfalls that cascade down the stream and rock formations—you'll want to take your time exploring them along the hiking trails on offer. The Gorge Trail along Glen Creek is particularly stunning, just be careful of the slippery steps. Consider visiting Watkins Glen State Park on a tour of Niagara Falls from New York City. For fewer crowds, visit on weekdays or early in the day—especially during the peak summer season.
