Casa Clementina – spacious poolside studio, 5 min walk to the beach

House rules

1 - Be respectful of the property and those with whom you're sharing it.
2 - Quiet hours from 10pm till 7am.
3 - Inform hosts immediately of any systems issues (water leaks, water heater, AC, power outage, Internet) or other any issues.
4 - Please turn off AC when leaving for excursions.
5 - Please rinse beach sand off feet before entering the studio and before going in the pool. There is an outdoor shower for this purpose.
6 - Children may swim only with adult supervision. Absolutely no diving.
7 - Additional guests, visitors, and/or pets are allowed only with prior approval.
8 - Approved pets must be cat/dog/kid-friendly and must be leashed when outdoors. They may not be left alone in the studio.
9 - Please clean up food and crumbs immediately to avoid tempting ants and other insects.

Hold Harmless Agreement
When you rent this property and/or pool you are doing so at your own risk.
Renter(s) acknowledges and understands that each and every renter or guardian is solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury or loss (including loss of life) sustained to any person while on premises at Casa Clementina and/or renting from Casa Clementina and the Owner accepts no legal or financial responsibility. Renters and guardians assume all risk of injury or other loss, to themselves or their guests, resulting from any activity and will hold the Owner harmless with respect hereto. Renter(s) hereby agree to indemnify and hold Casa Clementina employees, officers and/or the property owner harmless from and against any and all loss, liability, costs (including court costs and attorney's fees) and/or claims, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way a result of the renters' use of the premises or items therein.
Additionally, the Owner cannot be held responsible for: The failing of any other company due to said company's error or service interruption (i.e. electricity, water, gas, etc.) or acts of neighbors (such as: construction, road repair, and maintenance) or acts of God (weather, etc.). However, the Owner agrees to do all that is humanly possible to remedy any issue as quickly as possible. The Owner reserves the right to enter property at any time to investigate disturbances, check occupancy, check damages, and make repairs.

The space

The solar-powered studio features 1 queen bed and 1 full-sized futon with cotton bedding. Enjoy the AC or throw open the wooden shutters to let the breeze flow through. Fully-equipped kitchen has all you need to prepare snacks or meals. If there’s something you need, just ask! Full (yet tiny) bathroom with hot shower. Drink your morning coffee or tea on your private porch or take the 1-minute stroll to the cliffside overlook. You will also have your own private gated driveway for safely parking your car during your stay. 10-min drive to BQN airport!
