Cozy room for 2 amazing people!

You will share the apartment with me who live here. I don't speak English, so I use a translation a translation App to help with communication (The rules of good coexistence and the house manual are in English). I also have another room for 1 person if you want to come with 3 people! *** It is very important to read the rules and follow them!

House rules

• Respect is essential! 🙏🏽
• Shower gel is for everyone to use!
• The cleaning fee is not charged, so guests must keep the kitchen and bathroom clean and organized, what is dirty must be cleaned, if taken out of place, must be put in its place.
• It is not allowed to fry food in the kitchen.
• It is not allowed to enter and walk with street shoes inside the house.
• Smoking is not allowed inside the house, it is EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED.
• We do not accept visitors to the property who are not registered through Airbnb.
• Loud music or parties are not allowed, elderly people who need silence and our respect live in the building.
• If the guest wants to leave the luggage after check-out and pick it up later, he can do it after agreeing the time with the Hostess.
• Washing clothes: €2.50 for every time you use the machine, soap is available! Payment on time.
• Be sure to turn off the fan, faucets and lights.
• Be careful not to slam the doors hard.
• Be careful with the time in the shower, the hot water may run out of the water heater. Excesses will be charged.
• Quiet hours: Between 10 pm and 7 am.
• Losing the key implies the value of 20€
• After your departure, please leave everything as it was when you arrived.
• If you decide to cancel your booking early, you are required to pay for the entire stay of the booking.
IMPORTANT (Long-stay guests): Every Friday or Monday from 3 pm the apartment is cleaned, the rooms and bed linen/towels are changed.

The space

It's a small but cozy apartment!
The house consists of 3 bedrooms, a shared bathroom, entrance hall and kitchen. The street is busy, but the windows are double. There is no heater and in winter the house is cold, like most Portuguese houses, but there are warm blankets and tea!

The neighborhood is super quiet, the area is nice to walk around where there are cafes, services and markets.
