Potential for Noise -
We are on a quiet family street but it is in the city center so some city life can be heard.

*All guest over 16, staying at the property will need to be named, telephone number and home addresses given via our pre check-in form.

*Only the lead named person upon booking is permitted to stay, along with up to a max of 4 paying adults/children & 1 infant in travel cot,

*Guests are liable for any damages which must be reported straight away, and they must be replaced like for like or will be billed for.

*Any damage to fixed item or urgent repairs needed, the owner or relevant trades person assigned by the owner is permitted access to repair at cost to the guest if not accidental.

*Guests are not permitted to charge electric cars using house sockets as this is a fire risk. Please discuss electric car needs prior to arrival.

*WiFi Internet access is provided free and guests accept to use this free access fairly and appropriately:

- children users must be supervised

- must have their own anti virus protection

- must respect the privacy and intellectual property rights of others.

- must not use for malicious, fraudulent, illegal or misrepresentative purposes.

- nothing may be installed or used that modifies, disrupts, or interferes in any way with the service.

*The property must be kept clean and sanitary throughout use and upon check-out, leave the property left as it was received.

*All waste should be disposed of in the recycle and non recycle bins provided, labelling is clear.

*If a 2 hour mid-stay clean is requested and paid for guest must be out of the property during this clean.

*All towels must be placed in the bathtub at the end of your stay or before a mid-stay clean.

*Doors and windows should be locked when leaving the property during the stay and upon check out.

*Direct Booking Guests Check-In time from 3pm and Check-Out is 11am unless other times were requested and/or shown on booking confirmation details.

*OTA Booking Guests Check-In time from 5pm and Check-Out is 10am unless other times were requested and/or shown on booking confirmation details.

*The owners are not responsible for any guests loss of personal belongings or valuables during a booking.

*The owners are not responsible for guest accidents, injuries or illnesses while guest are using the premises, facilities or equipment.

*If anyone becomes ill during their stay the owners must be informed straight away.

*This is not an assured tenancy, and the property will be vacated at the specified check out date and time on the booking confirmation.

The space

The family run holiday home was completely renovated in 2019 and was set up fully equipped for families or couples, long or short stays.

This 1800 townhouse has an open plan living, dining, kitchen area on the ground floor with a single flight of stairs leading to the 2 double bedrooms and bathroom.

Things to know

Chester is a Beautiful, Historical Roman Garden City in Cheshire, North-West of England and bordering with Wales.

The city is a fantastic shopping and dining destination with high street names you would expect, as well as over 40% independent shops, boutiques and eateries.

The Storyhouse Theatre has many west end show previews, there are a number of Roman Features from the famous shopping Rows, East Gate Clock, Grosvenor Park, Ampitheatre, Roman Gardens and the many black and white timber buildings.

The cathedral has many events from high end fashion shows to musical events and Chester Racecourse has many racing fixtures during summer and autumn with other events such as festivals, Christmas shows etc to keep you entertained.

Neighborhood

Watch the Town Crier conduct his daily performance at the Cross and take a leisurely stroll down by the river Dee. Visit the Roman amphitheatre, the famed city walls and the Eastgate Clock. Admire the institution that is Chester Races throughout the summer, visit the many lively venues to eat and drink or discover the quiet ones.

Head across the river suspension bridge to visit the meadows for a long walk, cross the Old Dee bridge and cross into Handbridge, fantastic kids park, local shops or on the other side of town head into Hoole for more fantastic independent shops and vibrant bars.

With events, festivals and lots of tourist hotspots throughout the year either walking distance from Enjoy the Pause Holiday Home or just a short drive away you are spoilt for choice where to go and what to see.
